Online orders can currently only be paid for via EFT. This policy ensures we can effectively manage stock availability. As some products are not kept in large quantities, using a payment gateway could result in situations where a payment is processed for an item that is temporarily out of stock. This could necessitate issuing refunds or placing orders on backorder until stock replenishment, which may cause unnecessary delays or inconvenience.
Yes! But, EFT will confirm your order.
If your order exceeds R2,000.00 and you are located within one of our delivery areas, you qualify for free delivery. However, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify their sales agent if they meet these criteria, as the sales team primarily considers account customers for free delivery.
For orders under R2,000.00 or for customers outside our delivery areas, courier services can be arranged upon request. The courier cost will be included in the quote provided along with the confirmation of stock availability.
The delivery time for your order depends on your location, as we operate on a scheduled delivery system for specific areas. For customers within our delivery zones, your order will be delivered according to the pre-determined schedule for your area.
For orders requiring courier services, delivery typically takes between 3 to 5 business days, depending on the courier and your location. We strive to ensure timely delivery and will provide updates regarding your order’s status.
We will be liable for the collection & replacement of the stock.
Yes, but it has to be done via WhatsApp or Email.
- All customers are required to complete a “Good Return Form” in full – i.e. invoice number, reason, quantity and item codes. No return form, no return
- Goods must be in original packaging and suitable for re-sale
- One form for one invoice only
- NO RETURNS ON SPECIALLY ORDERED GOODS
- Form will be approved or declined only by management
- WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY GOODS THAT ARE OLDER THAN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASED WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE
- Authorisation or decline is completely at VaalPac’s discretion
- A 15% handling fee Will be charged on items supplied correctly
- No courier fees will be reimbursed for goods returned
