After order is placed and confirmed an invoice will be emailed or WhatsApp to you and payment has to be made within 24 hours. After that your order will be processed for delivery.

Yes! But, EFT will confirm your order.

Delivery is free for all orders over R1500.00 within a 50km radius.

Any  amount under this will be charged R75.00 per order within the 50km radius.

Any order outside the 50km radius within Gauteng will be charged R200.00 per order.

3-5 working days

All orders must be paid via EFT and payment must reflect before your order is confirmed.

We will be liable for the collection & replacement of the stock.

Yes, but it has to be done via WhatsApp or Email.

  1. All customers are required to complete a “Good Return Form” in full – i.e. invoice number, reason, quantity and item codes. No return form, no return
  2. Goods must be in original packaging and suitable for re-sale
  3. One form for one invoice only
  4. NO RETURNS ON SPECIALLY ORDERED GOODS
  5. Form will be approved or declined only by management
  6. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY GOODS THAT ARE OLDER THAN 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASED WITH PROOF OF PURCHASE
  7. Authorisation or decline is completely at VaalPac’s discretion
  8. A 15% handling fee Will be charged on items supplied correctly
  9. No courier fees will be reimbursed for goods returned
