Thank you for shopping with us. The following information outlines our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, dispatch may take an extra day or two. Should there be any significant delay, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery Rates & Methods
Delivery charges are based on distance from our warehouse and will be shown at checkout.
Delivery Fees within South Africa:
- 0–80 km: R99 (Delivered by our own Vaalpac fleet)
- 81–300 km: R259 (Courier)
- 301+ km: R459 (Courier)
We make use of reliable courier partners for deliveries beyond our fleet radius. Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched (where applicable).
Delivery Timeframes
The estimated delivery time within South Africa is:
- Local areas: 1–3 working days
- Regional & outlying areas: 3–5 working days
If your location falls outside normal courier routes, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery or collection method. Should the arrangement not suit your needs, you may request a cancellation and refund before dispatch.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Please keep the original packaging and take photos of the outer packaging and product to assist with an investigation.
