3. ORDERS

4.4 You warrant that the payment method used is lawfully yours and that charges to your account will be honoured.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
5.1 Delivery times provided at checkout or via communication are estimates only and not guaranteed. External courier delays or circumstances beyond our control may occur.
5.2 Once orders have been handed over to the courier, risk and ownership transfer to the customer.
5.3 Delivery will be conducted in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

The Vaalpac Online Store is powered by Shopify. Any purchases made are between you and Vaalpac Online Store only. Shopify is not responsible for order fulfilment, refunds, customer service, or disputes. You expressly release Shopify from any claims related to transactions made through our online store.
